Complimentary Passes: Verification and Requirements

Complimentary passes for investors and media are available but require pre-verification to maintain the integrity and high-quality of our exclusive network.  

• Active Investors: Passes are reserved for genuine, active investors from venture capital firms, corporate venture capital, private equity, and accredited angel investors. Our team will verify your role and that you are actively making direct investments or fund commitments on behalf of your organisation. This pass is not for third-party advisors, consultants, or service providers.  
• Media Personnel: Passes are granted to working journalists on assignment who represent established, commercial publications with a focus on healthcare, health technology, or innovation. Public relations, advertising, or sales representatives do not qualify. We require proof of recent, by lined coverage and a letter of assignment from your editor.  

No-Show Fee Policy

Given the high demand for this exclusive event, a confirmed complimentary ticket represents a valuable and limited opportunity. A no-show fee will be applied to any complimentary ticket holder who fails to attend without providing at least 48 hours ‘ notice. The fee will be set at €250 to cover the administrative and logistical costs associated with a reserved but unused space.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing via email to the designated event registration contact. Cancellations will not be accepted by phone.

Standard Ticket Cancellations

For all purchased standard tickets, the following cancellation policy applies:

• 90 days or more before November 18, 2025: A 25% cancellation fee will be assessed.
• Between 30 and 89 days from November 18, 2025: A 50% cancellation fee will be assessed.
• Less than 30 days before November 18, 2025: No refunds will be issued.

Please note that refunds are not given for no-shows.

Substitution Policy

If a registered attendee is unable to attend, a substitution may be made by another member of their organisation. All substitution requests must be made in writing via email at least 7 days before the event. The new attendee’s registration must be completed before a badge can be picked up, and the original registrant must not have attended any portion of the summit.
