ATTENTION: This is an application for qualification, not a registration form. Submission of this form confirms your interest in joining this highly exclusive, curated roundtable (limited to 20 seats). The Steering Committee will review all submissions based on strategic relevance and seniority.

Important Deadlines and Requirements

• Application Deadline: 27th February 2026.

• Rolling Acceptance: Approved places are filled immediately upon qualification. We advise prompt submission as the roundtable will close once 20 seats are confirmed.

• Ticket Requirement: If approved, you must purchase an Investor Pass, Startup & SME Pass, or Professional Pass to finalize your reserved seat. The Public Service and Media Passes do not qualify.

Instructions for Filling Out the Application Form

Applicant Profile

• Purpose: To verify your professional identity and assess your required ticket tier.

• Instructions: Please provide accurate and verifiable contact information. Your Current Professional Title and Organization Type will be used to confirm your seniority and strategic fit for this high-level discussion.

Strategic Qualification (The Pivot Alignment)

• Purpose: This section is the core of the vetting process. Your answers must be specific, strategic, and directly demonstrate your involvement in the deep-science, high-capital shift in women’s health. Do not submit general company descriptions.

• Instructions: Responses should be concise (max 200 words per answer) and focus on tactical execution or high-level investment strategy, using objective examples (e.g., funding amounts, specific technologies, or clinical trial endpoints).

1. Current Scope of Influence

• Investors/PE: Provide the size of your fund’s relevant AUM or investment focus (e.g., “Seed-stage MedTech”). Specify your level of decision-making authority for investments in the health sector.

• Founders/Executives: State your company’s current funding stage (e.g., Series B, Public) and clearly define its primary focus.

2. Addressing the Deep Science Shift

• Focus: Explain how your work aligns with the shift of capital towards Biopharma and regulated Diagnostics, which addresses the $360 billion chronic care market potential.

• Response Content: Detail one specific recent initiative (investment, product launch, research breakthrough) that is designed to overcome historical barriers, such as using AI to classify complex disorders (like PCOS subtyping ) or developing novel solutions for conditions neglected by R&D (like chronic pain ).

3. The Technology Catalyst

• Focus: Demonstrate how you are leveraging advanced technology to create objective, standardized data—the key element required for investor de-risking and regulatory success.

• Response Content: Specifically mention the role of AI, Omics (e.g., Transcriptomics), or advanced sensor technology in your strategy, and explain the direct business or scientific value of the data you are generating (e.g., validating a clinical endpoint, improving IVF selection, or accelerating drug development).
