Global Medical Solutions, the Samsung Medical Distributor and MLA Medtech Hub are proud to host the Helsinki Pitching Competition ’26, bringing together the most promising medtech innovators to compete on stage for visibility, partnerships, and investment.

We welcome applications from teams that:

The competition seeks ambitious teams and technology ventures—including academic and research groups—positioned for significant international growth:

• Operate in medtech or adjacent deep tech fields:
  • Medical devices
  • Digital health
  • Biotech
  • AI
  • Robotics
• Have a minimum TRL 5 (Technology Readiness Level 5), indicating a demonstrable technology validated in a relevant environment. We expressly welcome applications from EIC Pathfinder, EIC Transition, and R2B (Research to Business) teams; a formal startup entity is not a prerequisite for application.    
• They are led by ambitious teams ready to scale internationally.
• Can pitch in English.

Please note that the application deadline has been extended until 27th February to align with EIC Showtrack. The full application package has to be delivered until 6th March.
